some issues with room and fees
high deposit fee breakfast location
the staff were helpful, it is acceptable.
I was surprised by the deposit fee, it was quite high. the fee seemed excessive considering what it supposedly covered. Not ideal.

nice stay!
helpful team spacious suite essential changes
the team was really good. mirza, harun, and emre were especially helpful. ekrem and ediz were always ready to assist with anything. i appreciated their constant smiles and willingness to help, especially as i had numerous unique concerns traveling with a large group.
I found a small deposit fee i missed in the fine print. It would be better if it was more prominently displayed.

The hotel offered modern facilities on a quiet street. it was a very stylish and comfortable experience. i liked its proximity to historical sites. I could walk within minutes.

the staff provided excellent suggestions for local activities and dining. i received a cold towel and refreshing juice upon arrival. the personnel were generally very kind. i felt immediately welcomed.

My room was spacious, luxurious, and very clean. the décor had very modern design and interiors. I appreciated this. the hammam suite offered a special experience. i really enjoyed my stay.

dirty wall unsafe feeling
The city view i was promised was a lie! i was facing a dirty wall with a camera pointed right at my room. there was also a large window looking into what seemed like a staff member's room. This. It reminded me of they could just come onto my balcony. The rest of the hotel was great, but that one thing really ruined my stay.

a few bumps along the way
high deposit dirty wall
the location was acceptable, close to key attractions, i guess.
That deposit was a joke. They wanted nearly triple the room rate as a 'safety deposit'. i half expected them to accuse me of trying to steal the minibar. also, the 'city view' from my premier room balcony turned out to be a charming view of a dirty wall and a security camera leering into my space.

superb service clean room sound advice
The staff provided great activities and advice about the area. I found the room to be clean and spacious (it. I would certainly return when visiting again due to the superb service.
i noticed the room was not spacious, though very well organized and comfortable.

The food options were plentiful and fresh each day, i also saw the staff as lovely and caring. Breakfast surprised me with the variety, i found it excellent.

The staff were cute, helpful and friendly, providing the best service. I was impressed with their attention to detail, they ensured my stay was great. The receptionists were really good and very helpful.

Everything is new and clean, providing an excellent experience. The hotel provides a perfect location, just minutes away from the main historic places. I found it a hidden gem away from traffic (which is great!).

The hotel has a close location, this made visiting the sights very easy. It's near major tourist destinations, so I didn't have any trouble. The hotel is seven minutes from the Blue Mosque.
